Shred10 is a 10 day Jump Start for our 4 month nutritional program. We need to allow for product shipment time in order for you to be ready to begin on our next group starting the 1st Monday of each month. Call 763-360-8770 for details.

Description
The first Monday of each month we jump start. The Shred10™ program is a fun, effective, and do-able jumpstart to better health. For 10 days you will shred the food and habits that are not serving you and will focus on clean living and flooding your body with whole food nutrition. The 10 day jumpstart is the beginning of a 4-month period of education and healthy changes that will revolutionize your health for years to come!
