Description
Elk River High School proudly presents their annual Halloween Concert and Costume Contest. Come enjoy and evening of Halloween themed music, enter the costume contest where everyone that enters receives treats. The contest is open to everyone with different age categories with winners in each category. Doors open at 6:30, concert begins at 7
