Learn about the future of downtown Elk River and share feedback at an upcoming Downtown Plan open house.
This open house is an opportunity for residents and local business owners to review the plan and share feedback before the plan goes to the Elk River City Council.
The open house will include proposals for the redevelopment of downtown, including improvements to Main Street and Jackson Avenue. The project committee will be available for discussion and comments.
