Blue Christmas Community Gathering Service of Solace & Comfort

Blue? Yes, blue as in the blues. As in "I am feeling blue!" Do you get the “blues” around the holidays? Have you had a major loss in your family? The holidays often bring depression and anxiety. Not everyone is doing well psychologically and economically. Join us for a service of hope, comfort and solace. We don't have all the answers to depression but we hope this might be a way to cope with it especially around the holidays.
Special hymns and prayers will be said and you will be able to have prayers said on your behalf. This worship service is for anyone living with loss, depression and struggle!
All are welcome regardless of church affiliation or no church affiliation! You won't be asked to speak but just given the space to pray and meditate with others experiencing any kind of loss - job, loved one, house, etc.
Please bring a non-perishable food item for CAER.
